The Burning Bush

A Very Dramatic Cloud Formation Above the Kuala Lumpur Skies One Late Afternoon

A setting sun, ending the day
Its golden light teases the sea of fluffy clouds playfully
A grand spectacle of light and shadows at play
Oh my gosh, could this be, a burning bush I see before me

  1. Was this taken from a plane? What a spectacular image! The power and majesty of Mother does never cease to amaze me. I really love the way you monochromed this, giving it such drama. Great job!!! Love, Amy

    • yes, the photo was taken from a plane as it was descending into KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) at about 6pm. It was approaching the runway from the north, and as I was seated on a right window seat, i figured I may have the chance to get some nice photos of the evening sunset among the clouds, weather permitting – and it did!
      thank you very much, amy.
